The Meanings Of The Colorful Braclets

The dilemma of medical student

thrust from the two recent comments on the post of CIPA, I finally decided to write this, despite anatomy III.

The dilemma of medical student there is a train on the afternoon chatting with a colleague (or intends to rise) may or may not say "nice!" while he / she tells me about a patient with a history of something strange? / should I say jealous because he / she is unable to attend a particularly difficult? / I can tell you / that was the / a lucky see a positive cancer screening? / I define "nice" a disease?? Some might answer that the train is not the case make me feel ..

HAND AND NO WOW! Why KNOW As some diseases are horrible (maybe I also studied), I am not beautiful or interesting because they cause suffering, but since I am a medical student it is my DUTY interested in the suffering of others and to study the causes and do my best to alleviate it. And I think it is much more interested in profit, at least for students, those diseases that do not yet have a cure or even known etiology.

carry my experience as an example: one of the conferences in the medical field in which I participated and I will stay for longer in my mind is that I attended in September 2009 in Florence under the age of 15 Emergency, in which the medical, nursing and management talked only of the association for its work. I was particularly struck by the images brought Mark Garay (yes, I am one of those who were taken hostage in Afghanistan) showed people made as a result of injuries from bombs or landmines .. now, I think those pictures were wonderful, obviously not because I like it but because people watch mangled Garay (at this point you realize that is my idol) has cured these people, was able to reconstruct what had exploded and prevented them to die of sepsis, (in the third world Moreover, if the mica is brought to Rome or Milan) and there were other photographs, people with horrible scars to prove it.

In short, there are people dying of horrible evils, or who have horrible diseases: many of us say "that ugly thing!" Displeasure and perhaps give € 1 to the research we are a few that we are interested to study these diseases and to set as an aim in life to do something to understand and alleviate the suffering of those affected, is part of the medical profession.
