CONCEPT
Meaning and significant in a single sign:
logo ROME has a lapidary lettering that evokes the characters typical of ancient Rome and a graphical summary of the Lupa Capitolina, which replaces the letter "M".
The transformation of the verbal symbol "the letter" M ", with an iconographic symbol" Lupa Capitolina ", reinforces the" meaning "of a sign language that wants to evoke the profound importance and that Rome has had in history.
COLORS
The colors of the logo are two ROME: purple and yellow gold.
The intention is to return the colors and the official symbol of the City of Rome in order to facilitate the approach to the official coat of arms.
Bernardino Corio, in his book "The Lives Starting emperors from Julius Caesar to Frederick Barbarossa" in describing the emblem of the city of Rome gave this interpretation of the colors present in the Gothic Shield ".... Gold is yellow et appropriate to the Sun that gives light, prudence et lordship everyone that at face value look enlarged.
