OPERATION 'GENERAL:
When a button is pressed, the circuit turns on and the associated indicator LEDs on the keyboard lights to signal the activation of the associated circuit.
If the required current to a circuit output is higher than the current set, the circuit is turned off and the LED indicator blinks to signal the surge. To reset the circuit is necessary to hold for about 5-6 seconds the key.
SUMMARY FUNCTIONS

INSTALLATION:
-Before starting the installation, the keyboard units and SMEs should first be inspected to verify that they are not damaged. In the presence of visible damage (cracks, bends, breaks) must report the incident to the shipping company and the supplier to arrange replacement of components.
-Make sure the electric installation is switched off by disconnecting the battery / and or turning off the power switch general.
-Prepare the installation removing it from the box. The / e / keyboard and must be mounted on a flat surface providing a suitable location for the connector. The mounting screws on the keyboard should be secured to the panel using 10-32 UNF nut and washer closing. Tighten the nuts without exceeding otherwise this could warp or crack the keyboard causing intermittent operation.
-Connect the keyboard connector to the wiring. The cables are not supplied with the system. The wires must be designed, constructed and installed in accordance with the requirements of the system DSS Pi series and in accordance with the requirements of their application in terms of length, terminals, wire size, etc.. It is your responsibility to ensure that the cabling used is consistent.
-To mount the PME, the unit must be installed in a non-submerged and ventilated so as to ensure the specific behavior described in this document. Unit unprotected "IP" must not be mounted in engine rooms. The temperature must not exceed 70 ° C.
-Ensure PME with 4 bolts ¼ - 20 bolts and washers, wood screws or equivalent (not supplied). Tighten the nuts with no excess.
-Secure the negative terminal to the negative, to ensure the positive terminal to the positive and take care not to reverse the connectors or the order of connection. Tighten the nuts without overdoing it might otherwise break the pin on the PME.
-Never connect the connector pin MOLEX 16:04 PME without first connected to the power terminals.
-Important: To uninstall the PME system, the steps to be performed are the inverse of the installation sequence. Never disconnect the power terminals while the MOLEX connectors are still attached to the PME. Do not disconnect connectors MOLEX first thing could cause a reversal in the current PME damage it and void the warranty.
